Commercial Landscape - Affordable housing

Objective: Landscape for local affordable housing building. It includes landscaping for screening and interest in areas of high foot traffic and includes local municipalities needs for required landscaping within town without variance.
Challenges: Some difficulties of the site includes a large section of the landscaping being north facing on a high traffic road with large snow load requirements.
Resolution: Careful placement of plant materials in areas of snow load concern and selective varieties of plants that can generally handle difficult snow impacts and low sunlight needs.
